Fill in flash is happen when u take a picture but the person face in the picture is dark so you put the flash on so you could see what the person looks like and see the expedition on there face. the reason you use flash in the picture when its not a lot of light or when you just wanna make the picture stand out more .Well the picture i told showers a good use of photo flash i told the picture of the the girl and my partner told the picture of me i wish we would have find a better place to take the picture,but we run out of time.
